① The traditional conduit construction process is complicated (conduit positioning – conduit grooving and laying – junction box/ junction box and transition box setting and connectation – wiring construction – switches, sockets and other equipment wiring construction), and the construction is cumbersome; ( traditional 19 steps, quick-connect conduit products can be completed in 8 steps) . Quick-connect conduits improve efficiency by 70% compared to traditional construction .

② The traditional conduit construction process requires on-site cutting, resulting in large losses and waste. ( Quick-connect conduits are prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site, with basically no losses ) .

③ Traditional construction requires professional electricians to arrange the conduits and the positioning and connectation of the terminal electrical equipment in detail according to the site and drawings. ( Quick-connect conduits come with standard interfaces and fool-proof designs, which can be connected in a fool-proof manner and have low requirements for construction personnel ) .

④ Traditional construction, the site environment is messy and there are safety hazards . ( conduit integration, dry construction , no noise ).

⑤ The construction specifications for prefabricated conduits require the separation of conduits (conduits separated from the main building structure). The current common construction method is to lay conduits in wall panels and floor interlayers, but the wiring construction process still needs to follow the traditional construction method. The conduit prefabricated quick connectation has not yet been achieved, and the pain points of the traditional construction method have not been fundamentally solved.

The main certifications that the plastic-coated metal quick-connect conduit products have obtained are: ① CQC certification ; ② CB certification ; ③ CE certification ; ④ SAA certification .

At the same time, the construction period is 1/4 of the traditional on-site labor, and the efficiency is improved by 70%.

③ SAVE : Standard products are prefabricated in the factory and can be quickly connected on site, saving labor costs and eliminating the material waste caused by cutting and wiring on traditional construction sites; the products can be reused twice, saving costs for re-decoration.

④ Smart : It will realize the “lighting + electrical + AIoT” three-network integration technology to create an integrated smart IoT system. Adapt to the BIM design system, intelligent design, calculation, and active management of three-network integration metering energy consumption.

System products mainly include : integrated conduits, connection distributors (three-way, straight-through, L-way, end connectors), assembled distribution boxes, assembled junction boxes, integrated boxes (hotels, shops, lighting and electrical magic boxes), metal junction boxes (for switch and lamp control), quick-connect connectors, quick-connect connectors, plastic-coated universal accessories, metal universal accessories, integrated sockets, etc. In actual applications, it is necessary to understand the adaptability of each component .

The commonly used wire diameters in the existing series of project-type products are: 2.5mm²/4mm² . Plastic-coated metal products include 6.0mm² and 10.0mm² . Home lighting products can be customized with 1.5mm² .

The core indicators of electrical performance of quick-connect conduits should meet the following requirements:

①Rated current: 10A/16A/25A/32A/40A (corresponding to the conductor cross-sectional area of 1.5mm 2 /2.5mm 2 /4mm 2 /6mm 2 /10mm 2 respectively )

②Dielectric strength: ≥2.5kVAC , measured ≥ 4 kVAC

③Temperature rise: ≤ 50K

④Contact resistance: ≤1mΩ

⑤Insulation resistance : ≥5MΩ , measured ≥ 2000MΩ

In addition to having good physical properties such as compression, tension and impact resistance, the bendable performance of the protective tube makes it easier to realize conduit integrated processing , and it is also easy to package and transport into drums .

By studying the characteristics of different plastic materials in terms of electrical tracking resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, flammability and production process, and combining the application environment of prefabricated electrical quick-connect conduits and their insulation requirements, material selection is carried out , and the combination of PVC+PBT is preferably used for injection molding to ensure that the product has sufficient insulation resistance, heat resistance and combustion resistance .

The protection level of the plastic-coated metal round head series is IP65, and the protection level of other series conduits is IP20. It is not recommended that customers connect quick-connect conduits in places where water is easily ingressed .

① The interface size is small, with a thickness of only 22mm, which is more suitable for connectation in narrow spaces and improves space utilization.
