In addition to having good physical properties such as compression, tension and impact resistance, the bendable performance of the protective tube makes it easier to realize conduit integrated processing , and it is also easy to package and transport into drums .
By studying the characteristics of different plastic materials in terms of electrical tracking resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, flammability and production process, and combining the application environment of prefabricated electrical quick-connect conduits and their insulation requirements, material selection is carried out , and the combination of PVC+PBT is preferably used for injection molding to ensure that the product has sufficient insulation resistance, heat resistance and combustion resistance .
The protection level of the plastic-coated metal round head series is IP65, and the protection level of other series conduits is IP20. It is not recommended that customers connect quick-connect conduits in places where water is easily ingressed .
