Zhongshe Intelligent and Zhubang Decoration Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Explore the New Future of Building Decoration Intelligence
On May 13, 2025, at the Public Building Decoration Engineering Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, the “Strategic Cooperation Technology Seminar” jointly held by Beijing Zhongshe Intelligent Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongshe Intelligent”) and Beijing Zhubang Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhubang Company”) came to a successful conclusion . In the special speech session, Wang Xiyuan, director of Zhubang Design Institute, proposed the innovative concept of “production policy leading industry development”, emphasized the reconstruction of the ecological chain of the decoration industry with industrial thinking, and shared a wonderful case study on the comprehensive industrial revitalization project in the old shipyard area of Harbin.
Zhou Xin, design director of the Light Environment Design Research Center of China Academy of Lighting, combined the development trends of light health, lighting energy saving and smart lighting, and demonstrated the deep integration of light and shadow art and intelligent control through benchmark cases such as the Beijing Winter Olympics venues and the “Eye of Xiong’an”
Zhu Linya, Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Zhubang, analyzed the pain points and opportunities of prefabricated decoration supply chain integration, and proposed to promote the development of the decoration supply chain system through technologies such as digital platform optimization management and modular design applications.
Ye Hongqiang, general manager of the marketing department of China Railway Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., shared the “Assembled Lighting and Electrical AIoT Integrated Solution”, demonstrating the innovative application of intelligent lighting and electrical technology and architectural scenes. Through assembly integration, equipped with lighting networking and centralized intelligent control systems, it creates intelligent, energy-saving and diversified spatial scenes.
During the cooperation discussion, the two sides had an in-depth dialogue on topics such as “joint research and development of product technology”, “co-construction of pilot projects”, and “integration of China Institute platform resources”. Guo Ruiyong, chief designer of Zhubang Design Institute, pointed out that both sides have forward-looking strategic development directions, and in the future they can strengthen linkage in low-carbon and zero-carbon research and standardization system construction, and make good use of the China Institute platform; Wang Yadong, executive vice president of Zhubang, said: Through cooperation between the two sides, we can expand the business model by planning forward, making products in the middle, and operating at the back end.
At the summary of the meeting, Wu Chuanyan, Chairman of Zhongshe Intelligent, said that relying on the scientific research, talents and project advantages of the Chinese Academy, the two sides will promote the integrated innovation of lighting and electrical intelligence, Internet of Things and other technologies and prefabricated systems, as well as cooperative exploration in the direction of urban cultural tourism, zero-carbon parks, zero-carbon industries, and green smart hotels. Liu Yang, General Manager of Zhubang Company, mentioned that the integration of Zhongshe Intelligent’s AIoT technology advantages and Zhubang’s engineering industrialization capabilities will jointly create benchmark demonstration applications and build a good reputation in the industry. This cooperation will accelerate the upgrading of the entire chain of building decoration services. Luo Sheng, Secretary-General of the Public Building Decoration Engineering Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, expressed that the association platform will fully support the cooperation of the two companies in technology co-research, market co-expansion, and standard co-construction, and jointly explore the application of new scenarios.
Witnessed by Wu Chuanyan, Chairman of CMEC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Liu Yang, General Manager of Zhubang Company, and all the guests attending the meeting, Wang Ziye, Vice President of CMEC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Wang Xiyuan, President of Zhubang Design Institute, signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” on behalf of both companies, clearly stating that they will deepen cooperation in the fields of technology research and development, market expansion, and project demonstration.
This seminar not only provides new ideas for the intelligent development of the building decoration industry, but also injects innovative momentum into the construction of a green, efficient and intelligent modern decoration industry system through the integration of platform resources of China Architecture Design & Research Institute and China Building Decoration Association and the strong alliance of enterprises.
